At Reef2Land we understand all customers want what their tank needs FAST. We know what it's like to have a light, or skimmer or pump go out as a hobbyist. Because of this we have implemented one of the most unique and innovative shipping systems in the industry. Orders over $49 ship free every day. Orders under $49 get charged a flat fee of $7 per order for shipping.
The majority of orders placed before 11 a.m. Mountain Time have a tracking number assigned by the time we close on the same business day. If your order does not have a tracking number assigned by the time we close on the following business day (Mon-Fri) we will give you a 10% discount code to use off your next order. We always use Free Expedited Shipping without making you pay a difference, this is just good business. Most orders take 3-5 business days to arrive at your door, and you can contact us if you require faster shipping.
Here are a few other reasons you should use Reef2Land. We spent 30 years building relationships with over 25 suppliers around the country. We pay attention to everything from weather patterns to hub traffic to national news to ensure your order gets to you in a timely manner. We will always ship your order from the closest supplier we have to you in an effort to avoid any delays in your shipment. For example if you live in Virginia and there is storm moving into West Virginia and Maryland, we would ship your package from North Carolina to avoid any delays. We even go as far as to call the main shipping terminals to make sure your package won't get held up for any other reasons. Most of the time this costs us more as a store and requires more effort, but we believe it will keep people coming back.
Please keep in mind that we ship a great deal of packages every day, nearly 25,000 packages a year, and occasionally there might be a 2-3 day delay with a shipment due to several factors. Sumps are just one example. Sometimes they might get held up at the shipping company due to the size of the boxes, and some of them are even made from scratch starting the minute you order them. Another example is a good deal of the Protein Skimmers we carry are made-to-order. This means when you place the order we submit it to the manufacturer who then assemble it just for you. Sometimes shipments do get delayed, but we have never had a package go out more than 72-hours after the order is placed. We care about our shop very much and want to see people continue to return.
COLORADO CUSTOMERS: You can choose to pick up your order, we can bring them to you (given not a huge driving distance), or if you are located outside of Colorado Springs you also have the option of having them shipped directly to you for FREE!!!

WE DO ship to FPO/APO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and the rest of the World. The sales on this site however are restricted to the lower 48 States. If you are a customer in one of the other areas outside of the Continental USA, you can contact us for a shipping quote to any other areas.

**Disclaimer** - this does not apply to Royal Exclusiv or Trigger orders, Sales Black Friday through Cyber Monday and certain Bubble Magus Skimmers. Sumps that need to be built from scratch will take 2-4 days longer. Royal Exclusiv items are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer and can take 2-3 days to receive tracking. Any items that drop-ship directly from a manufacturer or lead distributor might occasionally take 2-3 extra days to ship. Some manufacturers these days require these sales channels be used. Please note there is a delay on all Trigger sumps as we are waiting on the roller filter pads. All Platinum sumps will be dropped off at FedEx on 01/31/21 and will probably take several days to go active.**
